Bilingual Case Manager

The candidate filling this position will evaluate client needs with reference to the assistance requested (such as help with food, rent/mortgage, utilities, prescriptions, information and referral, etc); be responsible for the confidential collection and maintenance of client records; efficiently complete reporting requirements; provide assistance with designing, implementing, and coordinating educational programs to meet clients needs (i.e. ESL, money management, job readiness, etc.); participate in periodic audits of client records and ensure services are delivered with dignity and compassion.   

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Social Services Field with 1-2 years experience.  Must be bilingual (Fluent in English/Spanish).  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Please email resume with salary history/requirements to  No phone calls or walk-ins, please.
