Client Services Assistant

Under the direct supervision of the Client Services Director, duties include but are not limited to: 
providing excellent customer service to clients, donors, staff and the general public; ensuring all client information is entered into database; developing and maintaining various spreadsheets and reports; ensuring all incoming telephone calls are answered and directed to appropriate staff and Departments; providing information and referrals to clients and information about FFS programs, services and agency activities; providing administrative support to client services team and the food pantry program as needed in the absence of the food pantry manager. 

This position requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support.  The candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and interact with individuals with varying backgrounds. Previous experience working for a non-profit preferred. Must have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs and be able to work with limited supervision.

Must demonstrate initiative, be resourceful and professional. Must be flexible for limited evening and weekends.  Bilingual in Spanish and English are preferred.
