Client Services Supervisor

Serving as the front-line supervisor and managing a small caseload, the Client Services Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of evaluation and assessment of client needs to ensure they are properly addressed; advocating for clients and providing information and referral for services for which FFS does not provide; ensuring confidential collection and maintenance of client records; efficiently completing reporting requirements; providing assistance with designing, implementing, and coordinating educational programs to meet client needs; periodically auditing client records for compliance; and ensuring services are delivered with dignity and compassion. 
This position provides Departmental oversight in the absence of the Client Services Director; serves as a liaison and network with other nonprofit organizations; attends community events; and develops and delivers presentations on behalf of our organization.  

Individuals must have proven leadership and supervisory skills, be dependable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a strategic mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Bachelor of Social Work required, master's degree in social work preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience and at least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a supervisor.  Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
