Seasonal Programs

Throughout the year, Frisco Family Services' seasonal programs provide support to individuals and families, during their time of greatest need.

These programs are made possible through generous financial contributions, in-kind donations, and invaluable volunteers who want to make a difference in our community.

  • Daily lunch and weekend meals are provided at several locations throughout the summer, to local children who are typically eligible for free and reduced lunch during the school year. Participants also enjoy recreational activities, social time and reading.

  • Eligible Frisco and Frisco ISD students, grades K-12, receive a new backpack filled with grade-appropriate school supplies, new clothing and shoes, hygiene items, haircuts, vision screenings, glasses, and more to ensure they are ready for a new school year. Parents and caregivers are provided helpful community resources.

  • Individuals and families receive a turkey, and everything needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal in the comfort of their own home and breakfast items for the next morning. A game or movie is also included to encourage quality family time together.

  • This program ensures individuals and families can have a joyous holiday season during their time of crisis. Eligible clients shop at our no-cost holiday store to select gifts for family members.

  • This special celebration spreads joy to eligible Senior clients where they can join together for a delicious meal, socialize, play games, and receive gifts.
