Case Manager

Frisco Family Services seeks a full-time Case Manager to provide client assessment and advocacy to individuals and families in crisis.  

The candidate filling this position will evaluate client needs with reference to the assistance requested (such as help with food, rent/mortgage, utilities, prescriptions, information and referral, etc); be responsible for the confidential collection and maintenance of client records; efficiently complete reporting requirements; provide assistance with designing, implementing, and coordinating educational programs to meet clients needs (i.e. ESL, money management, job readiness, etc.); participate in periodic audits of client records and ensure services are delivered with dignity and compassion.   

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Social Services Field with 1-2 years experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
